I qualified in Aromatherapy Massage in 1997 at the Institute of Traditonal Herbal Medicine and Aromatherapy. This is an 18 month course which gives more advanced training than usual on the energetics of essential oils and their tailoring to individual needs.

I followed this up with a qualification in Indian Head Massage in 1999.

I have since qualified in 2010 in Acupuncture at the College of Integrated Chinese Medicine, Reading.
