Certifying in 2006 in Reiki and Indian Head Massage (to ITEC qualifying standards), Anna has trained under well respected Therapists in Oxfordshire and the European School of Healing and Complementary Medicine in Surrey. Anna has developed a blending of principles, using energy work and tension release massage, to provide unique and highly beneficial treatments.Anna joined Thame Therapy Clinic in May 2010 and loves helping youths and adults increase their quality of life holistically. Anna has been effective in helping people ease physical symptoms and increase general relaxation. Young people have especially benefited from treatment to address hyper-activity and focus issues.
This treatment regimen aims to harness one’s internal energy flow to gently release stress thus alleviating physical and emotional symptoms. The Reiki element boosts internal coping mechanisms, enabling clients to experience a noticeably higher standard of wellbeing and self-actualisation. These innovative treatments can also serve as a positive adjunct to other therapies, such as those offered here at Thame Therapy Clinic.
