Humanistic Counsellor

Thank you for viewing my profile. I am a humanistic counsellor trained and qualified in the Person-Centred Approach, focusing on you, the client, and the relationship we build together. 

Whether you have specific concerns to explore or simply want counselling as part of your self-care routine, I provide a safe, confidential space to reflect on various aspects of your life, including family dynamics, work, relationships, and stress management. 

Initially, I provide a 20-minute free consultation to determine if you feel we can work together, as the client-counsellor relationship is crucial for healing. Our sessions will then be for 50 minutes and dedicated to you. I am available face-to-face, online, or for walk-and-talk. 

I am a member of the BACP (British Association of Counsellors & Psychotherapists) and am DBS checked. I also engage in Continuous Professional Development to maintain my professional standards. 

Examples of my areas of experience:  Anxiety.   Terminal Illness. Cancer treatment (pre & post).  Self-esteem.  Depression    Grief. Family issues. Loneliness    Stress   Relationship issues.
