Sara Hunt

Sara is an acupuncturist with a BSC (Hons) in Acupuncture from the world-renowned College of Integrated Chinese Medicine in Reading. She is trained in both Five Element and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) acupuncture, and may incorporate a range of techniques during treatment including moxibustion, tui na and cupping. She is a fully insured member of the British Acupuncture Council (BAcC).

Sara is passionate about restoring and re-energising both mind and body, and incorporates advice on healthy living alongside treatment. She has a particular interest in helping people move through life's transitions, whether that is menarche, becoming a parent, experiencing menopause or approaching retirement, she understands these moments can feel chaotic, emotional and draining.

Drawing on professional training and a wealth of knowledge rooted in a lifelong interest in health and fitness, treatment with Sara could help you to manage stress, feel more energised, reduce pain, or provide clarity on what's next.

Outside of work Sara enjoys watching live music, and being active, typically doing yoga or playing tennis; she also loves to ski.
